Uptime monitoring
Every site is checked every 5 minutes, including its SSL certificate. If it goes down, we get the alert and start on it.
Daily off-site backups
A copy every day, stored away from the hosting server and kept for 30 days. We test a restore when we take the site on.
Weekly safe updates
Core, plugins and theme are updated on a staging copy first. We compare before/after screenshots of the key pages, then update the live site. If anything looks different, we roll back.
Monthly white-label report
Your logo, your colors, no mention of us: what was updated, backups, uptime and the before/after screenshots. Ready to forward to your client.
Malware cleanup included
If a site gets infected while it is in our care, we clean it up at no extra cost.
We fix what we break
If one of our updates breaks something, fixing it is on us. No hours billed.
4-business-hour response
When a site is down, hacked or broken, a person on our team is on it within 4 business hours of the alert or of your message, and tells you what we found and what we are doing.
Not included: content edits, new pages, design changes, hosting and premium plugin licenses. Need a few small edits each month too? Ask us about the plan with edits.

How the pilot works
Pick one site and send us access
A WordPress admin user for us, plus hosting or SFTP access so we can make backups and a staging copy. We tell you exactly what we need.
We take over safely (first 3 business days)
Full backup, a test restore, and a baseline: versions, plugins and screenshots of up to 5 key pages. Nothing gets updated before that is done.
30 days of the real service
Weekly safe updates, monitoring and incident response, exactly as in the paid plan. No payment details needed.
You get the report and decide
At day 30 you get the month’s white-label report. Keep going at US$59 per site / month, month to month, or we hand everything back and remove our access.
We run at most 5 pilots at a time, so each one gets real attention. If we are full, we tell you the date your pilot can start.

Questions agencies ask us
Who does the work?
Our team at Wycro in Quito, Ecuador. Our technical lead reviews every site we take on before the first update.
Will my client know you exist?
Only if you tell them. Everything they could see carries your brand, and we never contact them.
What happens if an update breaks the site?
We update the staging copy first, so most problems never reach the live site. If one does, we roll back to the last good version and fix it at no cost to you.
Which hosts do you work with?
Any host where we can get SFTP or SSH access, or that has its own staging feature. If we cannot make a safe staging copy of a site, we tell you before the pilot starts.
What if the site is already hacked or badly out of date?
We tell you during the takeover. Problems that were there before we started are quoted separately, and nothing is done without your OK.
Do you take WooCommerce or membership sites?
Brochure and content sites are the best fit for the pilot. Stores and membership sites need an agreed update window, so ask us first.
How does billing work?
One monthly invoice in US dollars for all your sites. Month to month, with no minimum number of sites.
